Another resident here, be nice to your co-rotating med students. Be a kind and helpful person to be around. Vocalize things you want to get better at then make noticeable effort to get better at them. you aren't expected to know everything

Also make an effort to get to know us. Will also add my fave med students were the ones that also tried to make me look good. Cant explain it but made me feel like they were a good team player.
