Programs, program directors, faculty, residents, applicants, or anyone else named or identifiable in a post, comment, or Fame & Shame entry on this site.

We canhide or remove a specific post, comment, or Fame & Shame entry; suppress, regenerate, or withhold a program's AI-generated summary and applicant sentiment score (see how rankings work); and publish a short reply alongside disputed content.

We cannot edit the community source spreadsheets this site republishes from — those are not ours to change. We also cannot tell you who posted a given piece of content: posts and comments on this site carry no author identity at all, so there is nothing for us to look up. See our Privacy Policy for more on what we do and don't store.

Email medmatchforum@gmail.com with:

• The exact URL(s) of the content in question
• A quote of the specific text you're referring to
• The category of problem: factually inaccurate, identifies an individual, defamatory, copyright, protected health information (PHI), or other
• Who you are and your relationship to the program (optional, but it speeds up review)
• What outcome you're looking for: removal, correction, or a published reply

The "Contest or respond to this entry" link on every program page pre-fills this email with the program and page already identified.

You can submit a short written response to content about your program. To be clear about how this actually works: there is no automated submission form or storage field for replies — this is a manual, email-based process reviewed by the site operator. Depending on the request, the outcome may be a published reply, a regenerated AI summary, or a withheld summary. It is not an automated or guaranteed mechanism.

We aim to review requests promptly and will get back to you by email. We do not commit to a specific response time. Requests involving PHI, doxxing, or safety concerns are prioritized.

We may decline requests we believe are made in bad faith — for example, to suppress accurate, non-identifying content because it's unflattering. We retain a record of requests we receive.
