One thing I didn't realize is how connections and networking based this field is. I guess that's sort of what you have to go with if everyone has the scores and grades.

Even if you don't have the scores and grades. I felt like Derm has shifted to emphasizing medical school caliber and who you know a lot more. Or maybe it's always been that way.
