This spreadsheet skews to a lower number of interviews I believe. The internals at my program are at an avg of 8 IIs each

I feel like that's not particularly true; at a T10 and advisors have said 5-6 seems like the average
at a T50 (if that's even a thing lol), and the avg among internals also seems higher (8-10 range)
this is why we need everyone to fill out the II chart tab!!
know about 6 ppl applying, avg we all have is 4 (range 3-8), most someone ik has is 8
At T15 program and this is not the case at our program - people are more around 3-5 IIs for us
