Folks who wrote in IV impressions about Hopkins interview, saying they would rank Hopkins lower after IV day, why?
also saying you are ranking it lower after the interview BECAUSE of location is misleading af. Yall knew where it was before the interview???

there's a difference between knowing where it is and actually seeing/thinking about living in Baltimore, as someone who had never been before
as someone who grew up poor in a rough location it didn't seem bad? but maybe my perspective is skewed.. i also felt like south LA reminded me of where i grew up so that's that..

Becuase I would rather be at JHU than be unmatched. The name of JHU is enough of a reason to live in squalor for 3 years with plans to never return
walk outside and not get shot (impossible challenge)

i just didnt love the attendings
there's something off about most of the attendings and the dynamic was a bit odd. even one of the attendings who was super nice and smiley..idk if they were stressed about the interview day or what I was picking up on.

i felt the same way! like something felt so off!! I was confused. I thought the APDs were super nice, but everyone else seemed super passive/bored/didn't want to be there?
