An important thing to consider: do you like the vibes at the other interviews? some programs may surprise you so I think keeping an open mind during this time is impt! congrats on the interviews :) > hi! I personally want to stay at my home program even if I got interviews at other more highly ranked places and other places in different cities. Now I'm thinking about the joys of exploring a different place too. It's hard. Not an answer but I think residency is so personal and it's a difficult time that support matters as much as exploration and vice versa. You can't go wrong either way:) Maybe visit the places that are at the top of your list if you have time! and yes I think reflection is truly going to be important for both of us! No choice is the wrong choice and if it makes you feel better I think you'll be happy either way (so much of being happy is on the inside anyways).
