what does this mean match rate for RY and fellows? aren't RYs and fellows the same thing for med students? also, how are you coming to this conclusion at <50%
Not OP RYs are people who have not graduated med school yet. Fellows have MDs. If you look at their past fellows or RYs, you can see many did not match derm or needed multiple years to match. Their 2022? RY did not match, A recent fellow did not match., i think 50%ish might be around accurate? Which is unfortunate because thats about the match rate for derm anyway

p sure their match rate for RY and fellows is <50% at this rate. pretty sad. and that lore abt them promising spots has 10000000% got to be true
