What are your thoughts if we were able to prematch to residency programs?

honestly well-deserved, can't imagine the competitiveness for that spot -> is it tho? people were very upset about it -> gunner who betrayed peers that were crushed
idk about prematching but a lot of programs seem to have their home applicants picked out in advance even if they dont officially come out and say it
is this like an official out of match offer so their interviews are for show? Or a verbal thing.
some dont officially say it but the vibes are very obvious whom they are choosing... but often they have other spots they are interviewing for as well so wouldnt say its for show just maybe the home spot.
