I've heard it's a more intense TY from prior interns

i've heard the same from residents (also ty to the person for the info on the right)

4 weeks of ambulatory, 20-24 weeks of IM, 12 weeks of electives, 1 month of ED, 2-3 weeks of jeopardy call, no MICU, no stipend for step 3 but $1500 travel conference funds, and 5 night shifts the entire year. BUTTT brutal IM workload. I think I heard PD say sometimes TYs are held at a higher expectation than prelims lolol. The info sesh made me move it down my list.
