I wonder how programs like Penn with multiple tracks end up ranking people... like if they really want someone, will they rank that person high on all the tracks they applied to??? ofc we won't know but just wondering

personally not a big fan of such strict 'tracts' applicants have to pigeonhole themselves into, Miami has some too
