DOes anyone know how some programs rank applicants in the rank meeting? LIke I wanna know the tea behind how it works at least at some programs.

it's like sorority rush. they make a powerpoint with our faces and project it then go around and say nice things about us, then bad things about us, and score us based on interview, app, and how hot we are
