food for thought since uconn hasnt been brought up in a while. Mohs attending said that they will not take UConn derm residents to do their mohs fellowship at UConn because they don't believe in cross-training. How come they accepted 3 people from UConn med school for derm residency...🤔

and their fellow seems like people wasted their time and money doing aways < Matching for Derm residency is different than matching for a Mohs fellowship after Derm residency. My guess is they likely want their Derm residents to experience other institutions.
