Why are Yale/Colorado/other schools not offering away rotations? Very annoying and unsure how to build connections at these schools...

I met some Yale students and they have 12-14 graduating students applying derm and barely have the capacity to slot their own students into rotations, so no room for visitors

12-14 out of a 100-person class is gross
Yale requires home students to do 1 month elective inpatient and 1 month elective outpatient - probably a reason for the scheduling crunch.
