If I didn't get any Harvard prelim interviews, does that mean I likely won't get any academic derm interviews?

i think they are getting more at is not getting the harvard prelims indicative of anything about the competitiveness of their app...and i wouldn't think too much into it im sure the prelim process is much different than derm

... do you know the reputation of harvard IM or... it's malignant man. wouldn't say that the prelims are an easy experience. prob have to interview more ppl than you think
