And it's extremely rare to hear of a stated cutoff that high. At least openly. Most are a lot lower than you think. The majority of apps that are 240+ will at least get a glance.< MUSC step cut off is only for IMGs. Also I had interviews at places where I did not meet the cut off, don't let that deter you from applying if you are super interested in the program.
