✅1. Incredibly kind, warm, welcoming faculty and residents who genuinely support each other. Residents are also very collegial and seem close and happy. Least stressful interview day I had. Interviews were super conversational.

Looks like Minnesota Med-Derm sent thank-you letters to some candidates, but I didn’t get one. It was my top choice… so sad :(

in the nicest way possible to say this, I don’t know if its totally accurate to say its "still really early" at this point. not that it means that a most of IVs have gone out because they haven't, but a solid number have << 60% of derm spots have not been offered yet.

I would argue that 40% of spots having come out does not = "still REALLY early" << While that is a large proportion of interview invites, I embraced the still early perspective since fauclty and residents keep saying that. They say every year we try to act like everything is happening way earlier than the previous years, but it is not. So we still have time before freaking out
