Who received RTM or post-inteview communication from programs outside the top 10? < Northwell but it didn't say RTM < got a couple "you did an excellent job interviewing" and "looking forward to working with you" emails but nothing that said RTM explicitly
How accessible is NYC to residents at Northwell? Realistically how often as a resident would I be in the city? Not familiar with the area at all and Northwell itself seems really suburban.. <it is suburban. Getting into and out of NYC can be very difficult from that area more times than not < residents live in the city including manhattan and brooklyn so that makes it a little easier.... but yes the clinic sites/hospitals are suburban and far from the city
Does anyone know which prelim/TY program have flexibility of doing externship? < this could be a long and exhausting process, but I would just email the programs you interviewed at to ask if that's something you want to know, I myself do not know a consolidated place where this information would be - hope someone else can be more helpful :) < sorry to be vague! what about these programs: virgnia mason, northwell long island jewish?
