I wonder if Utah sent out all their invites. Did all the internal applicants from Utah get invites? Can any of the Utah internal applicants weigh in?

Utah internal here. They do their first-round screening based on all the applications. Then they use the phone calls as a second-round screen and email out invitations for interviews

To clarify, last year, they emailed out supplemental essays for the first-round screen but decided to go with preliminary phone interviews this year
