For those who got a Utah Phone call today, did you all get either an invite, waitlist, or rejection?

I was hoping for Utah, can someone explain the deal with the phone call/invites? I feel pretty out of the loop. If we are not a part of this, we shouldnt expect an invite at this point, right?

I emailed Utah a LOI and they said they are still working on sending out invites, so maybe not out of running yet?
if you didn't get a phone call by this point, you can assume it's a silent rejection.
