Someone else commented in the above poll: "If you make people sign in there is no point in this spreadsheet since no useful information will be shared, plus the the spreadsheet wont allow more users to edit" -- My thought is that is why we should switch to "users with link can comment" while having multiple moderators that can prevent trolls from taking hold or prevent people from deleting others' comments, yet it will allow the flexibility for people who do not want to log in to comment anonymously.
