If you're concerned, definitely apply very broadly and go on every derm interview that you get. You definitely have above the average in terms of total number of publications, esp. since they're actually accepted. Being from a top 10 med school will really help, & having really great LORs from well-known dermies will also help. I think your story of 5 years of research before med school, will also be a good hook & set you apart, so maybe incorporate a little of that story into your personal statement.
Agreed, your best bet is to apply broadly. Sadly the truth is some programs will overlook your application from their step 1 screen. Use all your connections!
