Phone call invite was the first screen before interview invites (which have not come out yet). I think they don't call internals or rotators bc they already know them. If you are an external non-rotator, you may have been screened out if you didn't get the call invite

Np! I think it's unlikely, I'm sorry :( << Actually i"ve heard it's more to select actual people to invite from an otherwise "waitlist" pool. << they spent a good amount of the call trying to sell their program so seems odd to spend that time on waitlist people <ya, it's not a waitlist pool lol
