I think we should delete the "tier list" tab. It's completely subjective and anyone can edit it. I don't see how this is helping anyone. If anything it's spreading misinformation. If you want rough tiers, there are official places to look, not an anonymous spreadsheet with opinions of 10-20 4th year medical students< I enjoy seeing different opinions.

agreed. <I'm a current PGY-4. The tier list tab is mostly garbage. There are excellent residents at most programs and the training at most places is great. If you're a psycho who is perseverating on a career in elite academics, then the 'tip-top' tier is the only helpful and relevant thing there, as that's probably your best bet for that kind of career. For everyone else, most programs are excellent and you will come out well-trained.
