As someone who rotated at Emory, the comments on this sheet make no sense. All the residents and faculty members seemed really happy but it didn't seem like a "top 5" academic place either. They do have world reknown faculty in several areas of derm (especially health policy/tech and skin of color). Residents at the VA would go out to eat lunch all the time, but the Emory and Grady hospital clinics seemed more busy.
