Thoughts on Pitt? How true is this malignant reputation they have? - Literally never heard even the slightest rumor of malignancy at Pitt... source? - I see multiple posts about this in this chitchat and have also heard people say attendings don’t care about the residents

I heard its intense, but didn't hear the word malignant used. Faculty their said "their training is way harder than mine (at OSH) was"
