how strong is UCLA's program?

great program in great part of LA (westwood) - congrats [somehow actually edited my statement to say bad]

how many externals do they interview?<also external non rotator, though did not get a personalized letter lol << are they done sending out invites?? :(( <--- if a program sends out personalized letters, do they all go out at the same time or one by one? <was hoping it was one by one, but I think it's too delayed at this point to be the case
