Can we get more comments about positions on the tier list? Why a program should be higher or lower based on objective data? < I also think that could be helpful, beyond top 10-15 the list seems to be pretty subjective and influenced by historic program popularity/locations (i.e. uab in tier 5 is very questionable), or just copied over from prior years with no justification or actual knowledge of smaller/lesser known programs
