The idea that a program isn't diverse because it doesn't fit *your* idea of diversity is as racist as they come. Not to mention, what about diversity of background? Or diversity of thought? Age? Gender? Also, ever thought that the match just happened to not allocate X or Y ethnicities to any given program? Or that X or Y ethnicity just happened to not choose to rank at a given program for Z amount of years? Statistical disparity =/= Discrimination.
