Are there any programs that said a signal is effectively useless for them in their webinars? I know UCSF mentioned they weren't really looking at it but was wondering any other ones that might be a waste to signal < someone on here mentioned the top 5, some east coast top 5 program apparently said they are only using signals this year for research purposes
