The overwhelming obsession with prestige is fascinating, and the naievte therein even moreso. <RT < I get why undergrads fawn over prestigious schools for the sake of residency match, but fawning of "prestigious" residencies just seems misplaced< you say taht OP but i bet you the kinda guy who would rather still go to that fancy cocktail lounge instead of hanging with the homies at the dive bar < bruh it's 1:00 PM in the afternoon and I'm playing Halo Infinite on my XSX in my pajamas. you tell me where you think I'd 'rather be.'<at harvard derm's wine night that is invite-only for some of their residents apparently < my point exactly. foh with that weird hierarchy shit.< yea idk the story but i can see some of their residents seeing that comment like wtf it was litearlly an accident regina said she didnt even wnat to come and now someone is talking about it on the sheet < not the first time I've heard of that, and their PD gives off serious vibes of hierarchy. Give me so-called "mid-tiers" anyday, and my rank list will reflect that sentiment.
