I'm having trouble ranking UTSW.. is the culture still malignant; are residents overworked? I'm a sensitive soul and just want to go somewhere nice but utsw seems to have great training :( < there are a few schools like that (excellent training, shitty culture). university of washington apparently creates well-regarded derms but their culture is weird af. sounds similar to utsw < UTSW is just hardcore in academics and research. Residents are friendly but work hard to pursue excellence (in clinic and didactic as well). < you got to build up a tough soul loll < UTSW I agree is bent on creating hardcore academic powerhouses rather than cushing your 3 year experience.. would not rank high if you're trying to cruise < Im not looking for cush; just kind people because im soft lol.. < They're still posting resident core exam percentiles...so yeah still malignant < wait is this real!!! ?
