What do people mean by applying to programs they have good fit for? Like is fit based on how research-heavy your app is vs how non-research heavy it is? If I want to go to a non-research heavy program that is very good clinically, I knowI have to play the research game, but to what extent? How do I make myself appealing to top clinical programs?
