i do not want my panel to be full of patients who are screening for their derms intern year program by prestige. the mgh trained people can have fun with those patients :). id rather have the less neurotic ones. there is no shortage of derm patients

Depends. I wouldn't recommend going to an HCA prelim program where you're smarter than all your Carribean seniors either.
