So surprised people ranked these following programs pretty low: BU, Colorado, USC, Brown, UTSW, Mayo, WashU, Case, UT Houston, Utah << although I ranked UT Houston 2nd, I can understand their ranking
yikes people did not like brown
Did Brown seriously make RTM calls?
does anybody know if there's a Brown social/event tonight for those interviewing tomorrow? thought they said there would be but haven't heard anything
Has anyone worked with Dr. Qureshi at Brown? I’d like to hear about your experience before I commit to a year. >Is he supportive of his mentees during the Match process and publications??
What does an 8-5 interview day even entail? Trying to figure out if Brown will end early
anybody able to schedule Davis or Brown yet?
Just want to confirm that Brown's interviews are virtual right?
Any word on brown ? Waitlist? Spots available? Did they release all already?
did everyone who did a brown away get an interview?
Anyone heard from Brown IM prelim yet?
what did brown say for gold vs silver for away rotators
Brown away rotators, are you sending a silver or a gold?
for brown away rotators, are you giving a gold or silver?
Rotated at UTSW and could not have had a more amazing experience. They offer 3 tracks: rheum derm, vulvar derm, and dermpath (this may have changed). All tracks give you experience at general Parkland clinics. Residents are a major, major strength of this program - they went out of their way to be welcoming and treat you as peers/equals. Faculty are some of the foremost experts in their respective fields. Tons of opportunities to see patients on your own, present, and write notes. Everyone has their own unique experience, but myself and my co-rotators did not experience ANY of the negative things highlighted in the shame tab. Dr. Mauskar specifically went out of her way to be welcoming and kind.
