i heard Rutgers typically gives its spots to research fellows, so why are they participating in NRMP? < they havent the last 2 years and they have more spots then fellows < they also have 10 people applying this year according to the internal applicants tab < people who have done fellowship in house will rank program extremely high, therefore they are very likely to match there. It is just statistic
