so i'm super happy to have matched but didn't fulfill my dream of getting to the PNW...anyone familiar with the area have any insight as to how hard it'd be to get a private practice job as a general derm there? or how hard it is to get a faculty position at OHSU or UW coming from a not-prestigious residency?
