Help me narrow down my list of 130 programs. like Puerto Rico wouldn't be a good program to attend since I don't speak Spanish. I also believe some Texas programs do not accept applicants without connections to texas (not sure of which programs exactly though)... What else do you all consider definite no without connections or a specific reason to attend?
