How is it that Emory got a ton of signals and no ranks on the Tally yet? < planning on ranking #1, but won't fill out until I have my rank list finished < they only interview very few people for 7 spots so odds are pretty great for them < they didn't interview a lot that translated to the interview day being the most "comprehensive" I've been to so far < what do you mean ?

has Emory finished interviewing? < yes, all interviews were on one day in December
Why is everyone so interested in emory? have an II there and it seems good but can't see why it gets so much love. atlanta is decent, but there doesn't seem to be anything that really sets it apart from a WUSTL or NW or Vanderbilt
How is it possible Emory is only interviewing 20 people?
Apparently emory only sent out 20 IV invites for 760 applicants (not including 10-15 students who rotated there) < this is very confident considering they have like 6 spots
just realized that only four of the top 20 programs have released invites (emory, yale, UTSW, northwestern)... 11/29 is the big day < I mean also Pitt, UNC, Duke, Cornell, Minnesota < are you implying all these are T20? < all very strong programs but not top 20 if we're going off of doximity.. which is flawed but yeah < what are you judging their strength based on? < doximity does it mainly based on research and reputation I think, not sure how to evaluate a program otherwise... maybe we should come up with a rubric for quality and breadth of training?
can people from T5 med schools speak to how they're doing so far? curious if T5 students are snagging all the Yale/NW/Emory/UTSW spots lol < got an emory interview and med school is Mid-tier. But doubt I'll get any of the others
anyone know if emory is done sending invites?
pretty impressive but intense that emory has you interview with nearly the whole department. 10x2 person interviews for each applicant is pretty amazing logistics
Did any get an Emory II who didn't signal or had ties to GA?
Has anyone received the emory scheduling link?
Was yesterday the first day Emory released interviews? Or had they released some previously?
Does the outcome of IV's today mean anythign for 11/29 (i.e. not getting Emory, UTSW, etc mean you're probably not a top/strong candidate???) Does anyone know of people from previous cycles and like if it truly is random what strong programs interview you? Idk I do not know if I should have any hope anymore. It's easier to be hopeless tbh.> my mentor did not get these two but got other T5s!
Emory is out!!!! 8:05 EST> may still have more go out, look at duke
Don't think Emory is coming out their website says mid Nov 2021 < yeah, their website said "TBD - Likely Mid November 2021" http://dermatology.emory.edu/residency/application-info.html
