thoughts on SUNY downstate? good training but very under resourced clinic, some attendings aren't very nice, lots of peds - a lot of the faculty are older and on their way out of the program so questionable future if they lose big names
and the salary is very low is not keeping up with the rest of the salaries across NYC. Very underfunded institution and not sure if anything will change.
