I've heard places with a good track record of matching mohs include univ florida, univ arizona, Mayo, U Miami, UTSW

geisinger and iowa. geisinger has lots of mohs and one of the best mohs matching track rates. Iowa does a lot of mohs as well and has a very strong program

also Cincinnati and they always keep their own residents as fellow

hopkins, there was one year 3-4 ppl matched mohs from one class

the surgical training is pretty bad there though. But good job to that one year!

there is no such thing as a "best" program for Mohs

there are several programs that save their Mohs spot for their internals

great spot for Mohs surgery! Iowa is a strangely great program despite its isolation. It's a spot where I say "well it's only 3 years" when ranking

cute college town that loves football, but not a lot of SOC exposure> Great program in beautiful area

seems like a crazy good program with tons of MOHS exposure

seems like parking can be an issue and the location may be quite dull

iowa city's quite cute for a college town>no board certified peds derm, food options in the city is pretty limited, groceries are less diverse, not the best if you are foodies, also, less skin of color, 3 weeks of vocation

they said 6 on the interview, they were not sure if they were going to be able to take 7

great program for Mohs! They have really good surgical training and in-house fellowship

known to be one of the best in the country for MOHS applicants just because they have so many powerhouse MOHS surgeons as faculty
