Someone mentioned several rows above that UIC's derm dept is crumbling. True or no? It's sitting in a section of my rank list that I don't have a problem rearranging and i'd prefer to rank program stability > location if necessary. not that i trust everyone here to be 100% honest but rly any input i'd appreciate.
