Anyone else nervous about the San Diego derm breakout session tonight? < < Does anyone have the link to the main session? I only received an email with a link to the breakout session < do you mind sharing the breakout session link? signed up but they never sent <I think they will announce it at the end of the webinar as well < what's the link to the main webinar? < It comes with your registration email, sent maybe around 3 wks ago (each link seems to be individualized), <guys what San Diego breakout session? Can you please fill me in...so confused whats happening < see the tab on the right for the links <sorry I looked on the tabs but didn't find it? Is this something we can still sign up for? < LOL that was the funniest breakout session. Everyone was just dead quiet when people were asked what questions people had about UCSD (which was the whole point of the breakout sessions). Like maybe 20% of people actually asked questions

This question goes back to right after applications were due - did everyone who applied to UCSD get the invite for the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion virtual open house (Oct 1)? I figured it went to everyone, but wasn't sure

"since we are thankfully boring, let me bring drama from other spreadsheets to us...did anyone else hear about the ucsd psych thing were they meant to send out interview updates but ended up sending their notes on each applicant? like "bottom of their class" "was pregnant during step 1" "no research" "identifies as gay latino male" lol as well as step scores, honors, personal things from personal stament. like how do they even fix this "

I keep hearing UCSD is awesome/chill. But it seems pretty intense. Is this a bad choice for people not interested in pursuing bench research?

Sorry if this was already asked but has anyone interviewed at both UCLA and UCSD and can share impressions of both? thx<and their PDs since both are relatively new<both were amazing

Were the UCSD interviews more conversational or behavioral? Thanks so much guys!<both, but just in case u didn't know already, they basically guarantee seats for their research fellows
