Is it worth it at all to send a late application to additional prelim and TY programs if you are worried about your total yield? I also had family circumstances come up that would basically flip my TY list on its head and completely change what I would prioritize. TLDR: Would any of the decent TY (read: competitive) even consider an application arriving in October?

UTSW definitly doesnt but most others it seems like majority went to texas med schools. I would go to their instagrams and look a match day posts as that usualy says where their incoming or curent residents went to medical school if their residency page doesnt have that info
