Are there any programs other than BU and UTSW who have required supplemental Qs outside of the ERAS supplemental app?

The UTSW meet and greet was pretty amazing, had no idea they had so much going for them. Wish i could visit Dallas during a pandemic though. < lived there for a year, freaking loved it< yeah they seem like the shit < be careful with utsw… see last year's spreadsheet < also going to be that person (as a urm applicant), how do they not have a single black resident in Dallas < I too have heard not so good things about their approach to diversity and inclusion. < I think they matched black residents this past match (current 1st year)< I'm OP and not a current 1st year at UTSW or anywhere, I just remember seeing their match list somewhere < can confirm < this? https://twitter.com/UTSWDerm/status/1372957073110089732 << they recruited a medicine resident from BWH https://twitter.com/utswderm/status/1417161473684557824?s=21 < yeah but wasnt this outside the match? they had a spot open afterwards < applicant last years cycle... a resident on the interview day told me "don't come here"

anyone know which programs are still using program specific supplements, like utsw for example?

Is there a list of programs that require unique personal statements (IE. UTSW has 3 questions instead of a traditional PS)?

Love UTSW. Patient population is superb (largely Hispanic, underserved, grateful--> very fulfilling). Attendings are incredibly sweet and knowledgeable wtih great subspecialty exposure (really not lacking anywhere). Very strong in research. Inpatient derm exposure. Large residency class which lowers call burden and creates a great culture :)

is it possible that the utsw program will have a friendlier envirionment in the future or should we base our impressions off of the interview day? <anything can happen. who could have predicted covid? > i think the culture is changing, as evidenced by the quizzes not being graded and new faculty coming in, etc
